ACC Restorations

Dan's 1302 Beetle
Matt's 412

Bought off eBay what appeared to be a solid car didn't take much poking around to discover that the only good bit of metal was some tin foil that was plugging the heater channel prior to p40ing!. Bring on the Poolers!

Matt's pride and joy (even tattooed on his arm!) is his 412. Unfortunately when it came to restoring it Matt soon found that sourcing panels for this car was next to impossible - so he fabricated most of them from scratch!

Stu's '74 Bay
Matt's Bugle

After a few happy years, it was time to tidy up this bay. What started out as a light resto soon turned into a much bigger project. Many panels later and it's still a long way off!

The characterisitc inboard headlamps moulded into the front of the car define the Bugle very clearly from most other buggies. Matt and Emma have set about bringing this rare buggy back to it's former glory.

Tom's Bay

Tom's Bay

After buying this bay Tom ripped out the interior and constructed a new one complete with bed/storage and kitchen. The van was then used for the remainder of its MOT and was then sat for 18 months before restarting the project again.
